Improved Particle Swarm Based on Elastic Collision for DNA Coding Optimization Design

In DNA computing, the design of coding sequences is an important factor affecting reliability computing. different sequence designs, suitable constraints should be selected and rationalized according to these constraints. this paper, improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on elastic collision strategy (EC-PSO) used optimize by using adaptation function that satisfies multiple EC-PSO uses idea improve optimal worst positions within population, introduces flight means sparrow search (SSA) enhance capability increase diversity population; then harmony population fine-tuned quality solution. The effectiveness was verified comparing it with other six algorithms in eight test functions. Finally, designed more reasonable experiment.
